Balance Sheet Equity and liabilities Equity: Increase as a result of earnings after taxes ( 272 million), included in this figure is a capital gain from the sale of the Building, Facility Services and Real Estate division ( 538 million); countered by transactions recognized directly in equity (- 84 Mio. ), especially losses from the revaluation of pension provisions (- 68 million). Equity ratio increased substantially to 40 percent (Dec. 2015 pro-forma: 27 percent).
