The IHU currently offers top quality postgraduate programmes in three schools, Economics and Business Administration, Humanities and Science and Technology. IHU Facilities IHU is located on property specifically developed for facilitating modern learning. Equipped with state of the art information technology tools including online databases, a sophisticated e-learning platform, as well as an excellent learning resource centre providing a comprehensive, up-to-date selection of books and journals and an attractive area for study. IHU has parking lots for approx. 150 cars. The campus is located conveniently close to Thessaloniki s Makedonia International Airport. Access to the city centre is easy. IT Services IHU is supported by an excellent Information Technology and Communications department. IT provides a variety of services and applications for use in academic and administrative activities, such as: Applications and services for staff and students, varying from email to calendaring, from wireless connectivity and web authentication to Windows and Linux server hosting, all supported by a front-line help desk, online self-help pages and personal training A communications and collaboration infrastructure robust enough to support advanced network, remote computing, VPN connections, voice, web-based teaching and e- learning services. IHU s computer labs are equipped with new PCs running Microsoft Windows. The teaching podium features a multimedia set, supporting video-conferencing and e-learning activities. All PCs in the lab have their own personal video-conferencing equipment, internet connection and are installed with Microsoft Office, SPSS, E-Views, Datastream Advance, Stata, @Risk, Minitab, Matlab, Simulink, Compustat, Simul8, Nvivo, EQS, ANSYS, ComSol and various other programs needed to support IHU s teaching activities 2 P a g e

IHU CLASSROOM IHU COMPUTER LAB How to get to Thessaloniki, Greece There are direct flights to Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia (SKG) from Bucharest, Romania, Istanbul, Turkey, Rome, Italy, Munich-Frankfurt, Germany, Zurich, Switzerland, London, UK and Vienna, Austria and possibly other destinations, but from most destinations you may need to fly through Athens. Please check your travel agent. The airport is within 5-10 minutes from the International Hellenic University and the hotels we suggest are all in the immediate area. From Thessaloniki By Car: Take the National Highway from Thessaloniki to Moudania (Halkidiki) and turn off at the Thermi & Polygyro exit.
