How to Spa SPA HOURS Huan Spa is open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. RESERVATIONS For reservations, please call +86 898 8881 1234. A valid credit card or room number is required to hold a reservation. Huan Spa is an adult facility open to both men and women. Children younger than 12 years old are not allowed. PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION It is highly recommended that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment times in order to take full advantage of the spa s facilities. Late arrivals will result in a time reduction for the scheduled treatment. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of and changes to appointments are accepted up to four hours prior to treatment times, free of charge. Cancellations within less than four hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee that will be charged to the credit card on file. SPA ATTIRE Huan Spa provides lockers, robes and sandals for the comfort of guests. Please store valuables in the guestroom s safety deposit box; Huan Spa is not responsible for the loss of money or valuables that have been brought onto the premises. SPA ETIQUETTE To maintain the tranquil ambience of Huan Spa and ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, we respectfully request that all guests turn off their mobile phones and other electronic devices.
