CUSTER RECREATION SERVICE PROVIDERS REPORT In 2017 the Custer City Assessment group known as the Recreation Initiative Team, sent out a survey to all Custer area businesses and organizations in order compile a comprehensive list of the area s available recreation options. The Report below highlights the results coming from 72 responses. The Recreation Initiative Team s purpose is to engage the community by creating recreation opportunities. The team s goal is to inform residents of existing recreation opportunities, inspire and promote new ideas and creatively activate ongoing community participation around them. Team appreciation is extended to all participants of the survey and it is hoped that the final report reflecting Custer s rich recreational resources benefits both community members and visitors.
