How to choose the right container: 1.1 Locate the instruments that will go inside the container and determine based on the number, size and weight of instruments, what size basket is needed to hold these instruments. NOTE: No instruments should sit above the inner edge of the basket. 2. Based on the sterilization systems used at your facility, determine if a Solid Bottom Container Base or Filter Bottom Container Base is appropriate. NOTE: When selecting the container height, add the height of the selected Basket, plus the height of the Wire Base (if used), plus an additional 50mm (2 Inches) of required space. 8. Select Aluminum Name Plates in the color you prefer for each instrument set. Aluminum Name Plates are available in red, yellow, green, blue, grey and black. Make note of what should be etched on each Aluminum Name Plate, up to a 45 character limit. 9.
