Traffic Impact and Access Environmental Overview MOM N CMLC initiated Phase 1 environmental review of the Victoria Park site; Review considered all lands surrounding the proposed Victoria Park location as well as the Victoria Park site. Concluded that only the Transit Centre / Bus Barns represents concern about clean up; Everything else in the area had a historical use of residential and thus no concern for impact or costs with respect to development; Clean up can be managed as part of development and infrastructure program (similar to East Village); 2017-04-24 02017-0422 Victoria Park Optior 1st: UNRESTRICTED 2r. 13
