STEALTH PRO OWNER S MANUAL ALWAYS WEAR A COAST GUARD APPROVED FLOTATION DEVICE WHEN OPERATING THE STEALTH PRO. Know the limits of your abilities and the limits of your equipment. Changes in air temperature and elevation may cause the air inside the Stealth Pro to expand which could cause a tube to burst. Always release some air when these conditions occur. Never leave your boat sitting in direct sunlight when it is out of the water. This owner s manual will help you with initial set-up of your new Stealth Pro, provide basic maintenance tips, and cover simple field repair.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, Check for damaged or missing parts. 1 - Foot bar 1 - Stealth Pro 1 - LCS apron 2 - Frameless oars 1 - Frameless gear pocket 4 - Threaded knobs Items needed for assembly (NOT included) Repair kit 1 - Dark gray PVC 1 - Light gray PVC 1 - Urethane coated nylon 2 - Urethane 2 - Prep pads 3 - Type A tear-aid 1 - Vinyl tube valve adapter 1 - Summit 2 valve adapter 1 - Summit 2 valve wrench 1 - Sandpaper 1 - Replacement oar pin Inflation pump 4-1/4x7/8 Bolts Use these bolts to add optional Scotty accessories

Step 1: Foot Bar Installation 1 - Stealth Pro 1 - Foot bar 1. The foot bar needs to be installed with the boat deflated. 2. Choose the best position for the foot bar depending on your size. 3. Slide the foot bar through both PVC loops. 4. Repeat on the other side. 5. NOTE: Inflating the boat will lock the foot bar into place. Step 2: Inflation 1 - Stealth Pro with foot bar 1 - Inflation pump 1 - Vinyl tube valve adapter 1 - Summit 2 valve adapter 1. Remove the dust caps from the valves 2. Push and turn the valve stem 1/4 turn. This positions the valve stem in the up or closed position. Having the valve stem in the closed position allows air to be pumped into the Stealth Pro and will prevent air from escaping out. 3. Connect the vinyl tube adapter to the pump hose. 4. Connect the Summit 2 valve adapter to the vinyl tube. 5. Insert the Summit 2 valve adapter into the valve and turn it to lock it into place. 6. Inflate the Stealth Pro collar and floor to soft pressure. 7. Inflate the Stealth Pro collar and floor to full pressure, about 2.5 psi. A good rule for estimating the proper pressure is to push with your thumb at the center of the tube, when you can depress about 1/4 from the top surface of the tube, it will be close to 2.5 psi. 8. Place dust caps on the valves. Changes in air temperature and elevation could cause the air inside the Stealth Pro to expand which could cause damage to the AIREcells. Never leave your fully inflated tube sitting in direct sun light out of the water. Always release some air when these conditions occur.

Step 3: Adjust the Seat 1 - Inflated Stealth Pro 1. Fold the seat up. 2. Pull the 6 seat straps tight. 3. Sit in the seat and adjust straps for a comfortable fit. Step 4: Install the LCS Apron 1 - Inflated Stealth Pro 1 - LCS apron 1. Secure the left side of the stripping apron into the stay pockets on the boat. 2. Once seated in the boat, secure the right side of the apron into the stay pockets. 3. Adjust the stripping apron to your desired height. The apron stays come extra long, trim the stays so the stripping apron is 2 above your thighs. 4. NOTE: The LCS stripping apron is designed to come out of the stay pockets in case the boat becomes capsized. Step 5: Install the Oars 1 - Inflated Stealth Pro 1. Snap the oar blade into the oar shaft. 2. Slide the oar onto the oar lock peg with the blade curving into the boat. 3. Screw the oar keeper onto the peg. 4. Repeat steps for the other oar. 2 - Frameless oars

IGS Pocket System 1 - Stealth Pro 1 - Frameless gear pocket Frameless Mount Pads 1. The Stealth Pro comes with an Integrated Gear System (IGS) and two Scotty bases. Additional Scotty bases can be purchased. 2. With the Stealth Pro deflated, align the base anywhere along the IGS sleeve. 3. Inflating the Stealth Pro will lock the bases into place. 4. With the 4 threaded knobs, screw the pocket into place, on either side of the Stealth Pro. 5. Other Scotty products such as rod holders and an anchor system can be added. Frameless mount pads can be added to the IGS sleeves. With the boat deflated, slip the mounts into the IGS sleeve. IMPORTANT: use the hardware that comes with the boat for SCOTTY brand accessories ONLY. If purchasing an Outcast frameless bag, frameless motor mount, or other Outcast accessories, use the hardware that comes with the accessory. Deflation Push down and turn the valve stem 1/4 turn. This positions the valve stem in the down or open position. Having the valve stem in the open position allows air to escape from the Stealth Pro. Storage Tips It is best to store your Stealth Pro to soft pressure under a cover or car port that provides protection from environmental elements. This will help prevent weather and UV damage and will keep your AIREcells aligned. Allow your Stealth Pro to air dry 24-48 hours before rolling for long term storage. Do not stack or load other gear or equipment on top of your rolled Stealth Pro. Be aware of folded and rolled corners of the Stealth Pro, these areas are susceptible to damage when being dragged or moved around on concrete or gravel. Keep away from heat sources such as open flames, furnaces, and water heaters. Store in a cool and dry place protected from UV light. Store your boat in a boat bag, heavy tarp, or cloth. Store inside or up off the ground to keep it away from mice.

Transport To avoid excessive wear and extend the life of the Stealth Pro we recommend transporting this craft in a Outcast Sporting Gear boat bag or cover with clean, dry tarp. Do not load other equipment, particularly heavy or sharp objects, on top of the craft. If you transport your boat in an open truck bed please make sure all sharp objects are removed because more boats are damaged in transport than on the water. Valve caps should always be in place whenever transporting an inflated boat. Cleaning and Maintenance Your inflatable boat is constructed with high quality materials and superior workmanship however, as with all outdoor equipment proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the use of the product and allow it to perform better. Most damaging to your inflatable boat are extended UV exposure, insect repellents, mold and mildew. To keep your boat performing at its best, please following these simple instructions. Do not set your boat on sharp objects. Do not over inflate your boat. Keep the zippers clean. Clean the boat with soap and water. Allow the boat to dry before rolling. Scan QR code for raft cleaning video Basic Troubleshooting Valve does not retain air when pump is removed. Clear any debris that might be preventing the valve from sealing. This can be accomplished by either pumping quick bursts of air into the valve or removing the core valve assembly and cleaning the valve with a cotton swab and denatured alcohol. Tighten valve with the valve wrench if necessary. Stealth Pro becomes soft after the inflation process. Top off air pressure in the cold water to counter thermal contraction. Determine which air chamber is soft. Make sure the valve is functioning correctly, with no signs of leaking. Find the hole in the AIREcell and patch with the Tear Aid patch. Zipper is difficult to operate. Use a combination of soap, water and an old toothbrush to clean the zipper. Tear Aid patch does not stick to the AIREcell. Make sure the area to be patched is dry and clean. Use the alcohol pads to prep the area. Recommended Items for Repair Kit This boat contains a starter repair kit that includes equipment for basic repair. Here is a list of items (not included) which you should strongly consider keeping with your repair kit at all times. *1/4 pint Stabond 2-part adhesive Repair needle Repair thread Duct tape Old toothbrush Popsicle stick Extra AIREcell is the ultimate extended trip repair item (*It s recommended to replace the glue every year or after use.)
