Terms & Conditions 1. Reception At your arrival, you have to present your ID Card and the credit card used for the payment of your booking to the reception desk for check in. The reception is opened from 9 am to 12.30 am and 2 pm to 7 pm. Until 8 pm during high season. In case of late arrival, you have to inform the campsite then we will leave the instructions to get in. Arrival time is at 3 pm and departure time is before 10 am. 2. Booking /Payment of your stay Upon receipt of your booking, the campsite will collect the down payment which corresponds to 25 % of the stay plus the booking fees. This payment means acceptation from the campsite. The balance of the stay should be settled the latest 14 days before your arrival and before taking possession of the mobile home or the pitch. Booking made less than 14 days before arrival date must be paid in totality plus the booking fees. The campsite keeps the right to deny the booking. The booking is considered as firmed and definitive once you have received a written confirmation from the campsite. 3. Cancellation From the customer : - More than 30 days before arrival date, the campsite will reimburse the down payment except the booking fees. - Between 30 days and 16 days before arrival date, 50 % of the down payment will be retained plus the booking fees - Less than 15 days before arrival date, no reimbursement will be made. Except the following circumstances down payment will be refunded to customer : Death of applicant, or his ascendant or descendant (to be provided death certificate and document showing relationship with applicant) Illness of applicant (to be provided medical certificate) Hospitalization of applicant (to be provided hospitalization certificate) Job transfer (to be provided employer certificate) From the campsite : Only in case of «force majeure», the campsite will refund the entire stay Early departure : No refund will be made. 4. Deposit and damages Equipments and installations of the campsite must be used to their common destination. Any degradation of premises, arrangements, furniture, loss or damage will commit the author s responsibility. The customer tenant of the renting is personally responsible for the damages, the losses occurred to the accomodation or the pitch or to the facilities of the campsite, should it be by him or the persons staying with him or his visitors. He must be insured for civil liability, the deposit is not considering a limit of responsibility. Any complaint about the state of the mobile home should be made upon arrival, no claim will be accepted within 24 hours after arrival. For rentals : deposit of 200 to be made at your arrival and will be returned 10 days after satisfying inventory, and mobile home check out. Otherwise it will be deducted from the deposit, the amount of missing items / cleaning fees of 80 for insufficient cleaning / the amount of repair in case of damages / the damages amount which is higher than the deposit will be charged to customer after having deducted them from the original deposit. For pitches : a deposit of 20 is required at your arrival for an access card to get into the campsite. If the access card is not given back, the deposit will be kept. 5. Vehicle Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch or per mobile home, other vehicles must remain parked at the entrance or at specified fields. A supplementary fee parking will be charged in accordance with the Managing Direction. 6. Your stay The maximum persons allowed to stay : - On the pitches : 6 persons - In the accommodations : from 1 to 6 persons according to our rates. Barbecue is permitted in compliance with safety rules and E.E.C standards. One wifi code for 2 devices is available for your entire stay. It is possible to buy for a supplementary code. All our accommodations are non smoking. 7. Pets Pets are allowed with supplement, except for category 1 and 2. Maximum is 2 pets per pitch or mobile home. They must be held in leash and be updated for rabies vaccination. The vaccination records should be presented to the reception upon arrival. Dog owner is required to collect immediately and by any means the dog excrements. 8. Liability Beyond its legal liability, the «SAS CAMPING CLUB LE PARC DE PARIS», is not liable for any theft, loss or damage of any kind occured during or after the stay, failure or decommissioning of technical equipment such as the gate or other installations, as well as other punctual measure taken by the Managing Director to limit the access to its equipment due to the repairing or upgrading the installation. The campsite is entitled to modify the conception and the realization of its installation. In case of dispute, the competent Court is situated at Meaux. avenue Salvador Allendé, 77109 MEAUX CEDEX.Unless explicitly expressed the campsite is entitled to use the pictures of customers for its advertising materials. The management reserves the rights to all modifications in accordance with our developmentas well as the datas of our suppliers. If one customer disturbs others or destroys our facilities, we will end immediately his stay without any refund. 9. Internal rules Each occupant must respect the internal rules, which are displayed on the mobile home and at the reception and they comply with the Outdoor Federation Hotel recommendation.
