The cost of calls to numbers in these charge bands will be the Access Charge plus the Service Charge PPM = pence per minute PPC = pence per call *** Where the duration is 1 second the ppm service charge will apply from the start of the call in addition to the PPC charge. Where the duration is 61 seconds the ppm service charge will apply after the first 60 seconds in addition to the PPC charge. The mobile access charge is applicable when calling from a mobile, a different access charge applies if calling from a landline. All calls have a 5p set up charge unless otherwise stated. All call costs will be rounded to 2 decimal places unless otherwise stated. All other rates available on request. Note that if you use emoji icons or equivalent in text messages some handsets may convert the text to a picture message and the associated picture message charge will apply. Other handsets may increase the size of the text message taking it over the maximum character limit for a text message and automatically split it into multiple text messages which would be charged accordingly (or use more inclusive texts from any allowance). This is something that can happen on any network and is beyond our control.
