Paniolo Preservation Society (PPS) has established a Heritage Center for its collection of Paniolo documents, images and artifacts. In 2011 PPS took over management of one of the oldest and most beloved gems of the Big Island ranching community historic Pukalani Stables. A Resident Saddle maker shares his knowledge and the history of the unique Hawaiian Horn Saddle which was made nowhere else in the world.
