The service fee for NSF check is $25.00 per items regardless of the original check amount or the reasons that it was returned. FREIGHT DAMAGE All YOSHIMASA shipments conform to GMCS (General Motor Carrier Specifications). It is the consignee's obligation to make sure that the right product you have ordered is delivered and that it's in good condition at the time of delivery. Inspect the product thoroughly and if any freight damage presents, you shall write a note of "Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing it. Afterwards, notify the carrier and file a claim. YOSHIMASA will assist and fully support you in filing a shipping damage claim, however the claim action must be taken by the cosignee. RETURN POLICY A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned products. A RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from YOSHIMASA before you return.
