NCAA stage entertainment activities and basketball-related carnival elements along the sidewalks adjacent to selected and approved rail platforms. Effort is being coordinated with METRO and the City of Houston and will not impede ingress/egress to/from platforms or vehicular traffic. 6

Safety and Rail Ops have approved NCAA mock ups for rail platform banners as long as key maintenance measures are maintained Select Locations: Fannin South to Preston Stations Marketing will retain sets of windscreen panels at each end of specific platforms for informational messaging 7
