If you are looking for a high performance manicure or pedicure then we offer Shellac and CND Vinylux which ensure long lasting colour. We love the finish of the Vinylux polish and Shellac collections - whether you are looking for classic shades or the latest colour you ll find the perfect match for your individual style. We also stock a range of accessories and nail treatments developed using natural ingredients so that you can keep your nails in salon perfect condition every day. spa etiquette If going to the spa for the first time makes you nervous then you re not alone let us take you through our spa etiquette so that you can be confident on arrival and ready to relax. MAKING A SPA BOOKING We recommend booking your Spa experience at the reception of the Well Spa Retreat. Here our highly trained team will be able to advise you on the perfect treatment for your needs. If you have any questions at all, they will be more than happy to answer them! TREATMENTS - WHAT TO EXPECT Like all good spa treatments, ours start with a consultation. The therapist will ask you about the condition of your skin in order to best suit the treatment to your individual needs. Your therapist will then talk you through the stages of the treatment and explain the purpose and benefits of each stage. The thermal rooms are fantastic. The staff are friendly & helpful. Very relaxing and not at all intimidating Niki, Good Spa Guide ARRIVAL AT THE SPA Our facilities open at 9am we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time with your swimwear, lockers are free to use. You will then check in for your treatment with our receptionists and be accompanied to the Cwtch Lounge where you will complete a quick lifestyle questionnaire. You ll be shown to the changing area and receive your fluffy robe, footwear and towels. Here you can change in to your swimwear. You can then explore the Thermal Suites upstairs at your leisure. They will let you know which garments you need to remove and how to lie on the bed. If you are unsure just ask your therapist. They will leave the room for you to get comfortable and will knock before re-entering. During your treatment you can talk as little or as much as you wish, whatever makes you most comfortable. Never be afraid to ask for anything that will make your experience more relaxing or comfortable, we will be happy to help. SPA ETIQUETTE Our Spa is a retreat from the outside world and a place to relax and rebalance. We ask that our visitors show consideration to other Spa users during their visit by keeping noise levels down.

We only allow adults in our Spa enabling you to quietly while away an hour or two in the following: THERMAL SPA EXPERIENCE (further details overleaf) Our Thermal Spa Experience is a series of therapeutic rooms designed to take your body on a wet to dry, warm to cold temperature journey. The physiological benefits of using alternate hot and cold thermal experiences will prepare your body for your ESPA treatment by relaxing and warming the muscles, cleansing and opening the pores in your skin. This greatly assists in the absorption of the luxurious products during your treatments. TREATMENTS & FACIALS Relax and unwind with a luxurious ESPA treatment or facial designed especially for you by your therapist. They will be able to advise the perfect match to best suit your needs so that you leave feeling relaxed and rebalanced. EXPRESS & ADD ON TREATMENTS Our 25 minute express treatments are perfect for those wanting to try the Spa for the first time. If you are looking for some extra pampering you can add these onto any of our 50 minute treatments or combine two for an hour of bliss. BEAUTY TREATMENTS Manicures, pedicures, gel polishes and skin care classes, the perfect way to indulge in at the Spa and enjoy some well deserved pampering. INDULGE WITH FOOD AND DRINK Caffi Môr is located upstairs in the spa. Here you can satisfy your appetite with light bites, afternoon teas, and indulge with some bubbly to enjoy on the outdoor terrace. A visit here with complete your to the Well Spa Retreat. RETAIL THERAPY Take the relaxation of the spa home with you and indulge in some retail therapy! From CND Vinylux nail polishes to ESPA creams and lotions there are plenty of treats to choose from. celtic thermal suite Our Celtic thermal suite is an indulgent experience in itself offering six unique pods; each with its own therapeutic benefit focused on the re- balance of mind, body and soul. 1 SALT INHALATION ROOM The Salt Room helps prepare the body for the full thermal experience. The healing properties of the salt are great for respiratory and skin conditions. 4 HERBAL STEAM ROOM The orange essence in this calming room will help to clear the airways and relieve any cold or flu like symptoms as well as helping to relax the muscles. 5 7 10 ICE ROOM A toning, refreshing and stimulating effect on the body, we recommend using the ice room after the heat experience to help stimulate the body s natural circulation. COURT YARD Relax in the Fresh Air with a book or a magazine after a long soak in the Hydrotherapy Pool. 2 8 11 HOT BRICK SAUNA Heat induces relaxation and promotes perspiration which helps cleanse the body of toxins. A dry heat similar to that of being abroad with a lavender scent. HOT SLATE SAUNA A moist heat with a Heather and Bracken essence dispersed into the air. Stay inside as long as you feel comfortable, listen to your body. THE SANCTUARY Relax in a room dedicated to silence. Visit after your treatment as a stop gap between relaxation and reality. CAFFI MÔR Relaxing can be hungry work. Caffi Môr offers some delicious healthy snacks, meals and drinks. EXPERIENCE SHOWERS Cool yourself between thermal experiences with our experience showers. HYDROTHERAPY POOL Hydrotherapy uses the temperature and pressure of the water for therapeutic benefits. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated, invigorated and relaxed from head to toe! Our Spa therapists recommend alternating from hot and cold experiences; this will help boost your circulation and is good for your heart. This alternating will also warm up your muscles making them easier to massage, allowing the therapist to work deeper into the muscle. Finish off in the outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool and use the jets to massage your muscles and help relieve any tension.
