Fees & payment options Camp fees include: Program supplies, field trip transportation and admission, Late Night and Overnight meals and transportation, daily snacks, special events and entertainers, and one camper T-shirt. You Have Two Payment Options: 1. You may choose to pay in full at the time of registration 2. Pay a 20% deposit at the time of registration and then have two automatic payments (40% each) via credit card on 4/15 and 5/15. ALL CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 15, 2016. Enrollment during the summer months will require payment in full at the time of registration. Cancellation & Change Policy If you choose to cancel your registration for any reason prior to April 15th, we will provide a full refund less an administrative fee of $50. For cancellations made between April 15th and June 1st, a refund of 70% of the total cost of the camp(s), less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after June 1st. We are unable to provide refunds for partial participation in any camp program. No reductions in fees or refunds will be granted for missed days due to illness, absences, vacations, suspensions or dismissal. We do not pro-rate our sessions. Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp within two weeks of the program start date if minimum enrollment is not met. If the JCC cancels a session of camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Change Fees: After April 15th, there is a $50 fee for each change made from one program to another. Financial Assistance Every year, the Marin JCC Camp proudly provides financial assistance to families in financial need. Help a child in need have a summer to remember! Donate to the Camp Scholarship Fund. Go to marinjcc.org/donate to learn more and donate today! Limited financial assistance is available. Assistance will be awarded by application only. Applications will be available by Feb 1st and will be due to the Camp Office by March 1st. Late applications will not be eligible to receive financial assistance. Please note that submitting a Scholarship Application does not guarantee financial assistance. Camp Information & Programming JCC Camp Kehillah is open to kids of all faiths and backgrounds. Our campers enjoy and learn about universal values and Jewish culture through programming and Shabbat celebrations.
