23 July 2013 Dear ICCA Australia Member ICCA AUSTRALIA RESEARCH AND BIDDING WORKSHOP 2013 Welcome to the ICCA Australia Research and Bidding Workshop 2013, Cairns. An initiative of the ICCA Australian Committee and hosted by the Cairns Convention Centre. ICCA Australia members are invited to send their team members to the inaugural ICCA Australia Research and Bidding Workshop to be held in Cairns, 29 and 30 August 2013. The program is formatted to give participants a greater understanding of the ICCA Data Base for research as well as insights into bidding for and winning events. The program will run over two days and incorporate: Database and Bid Presentation Training Keynote Presentations from Industry Representatives Panel and Round Table Discussions The workshop program has been designed so attendees will not only receive ICCA related training but will be able to network with their peers and discuss relevant topics relating to the fields of research and bidding. We are very pleased to have been able to secure the services of Mr Noor Ahmad Hamid, ICCA Asia Pacific Regional Director who will facilitate the workshop over the two days. An outline of the two day preliminary program follows.
