Gettysburg Address Exhibitor Members $1,500 / Non-Member $2,500 Space is Limited Your company will have space within the exhibitor hall to meet with attendees and display your signage and distribute your marketing materials. Each exhibitor will have an area with a six-foot table. Includes one complete convention registration (excludes activities) and one-half page advertisement in the convention attendee booklet. Basic set-up fee included. Any additional needs and services including electrical service are not included and may be arranged with hotel. Exhibits are limited to one exhibit space per vendor with the exception of the Premier Sponsor and must be staffed. Subject to the terms & conditions of Resort Exhibitor Rules & Regulations. Current sponsors/exhibitors can upgrade to a full page ad for an additional $500 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Policy The Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) limits exhibiting and sponsoring to those firms whose products, services, or publications are applicable to the land title industry. Sponsorships are limited to one company per category. The Executive Director is the primary representative of the PLTA and at the Executive Director s sole discretion, may restrict, prohibit, or evict any Exhibitor whose exhibit is misleading or deceptive, is in poor taste or unsuitable to exhibit, or whose exhibit, because of noise, method of operation, materials or otherwise, may detract from the general character of the convention. In such event, Exhibitor shall restrict its exhibit or forfeit the exhibit space and immediately dismantle, remove, and vacate the exhibit space upon demand as ordered by the Executive Director. Cancellation Policy Exhibit booth and sponsorship cancellations received prior to February 28, 2018 will receive a refund of 25% of the fees paid. No refunds will be made after March 16, 2018. Cancellations after March 16, 2018 will not void the obligation to pay the balance due and all monies paid on account will be forfeited.
