CAMP Camp Apple APPLE Creek CREEK Camp Apple Creek is a fun-filled, action-packed 12-week long licensed summer school age program for children ages 5-12. (5-year olds must have completed 5K). Participants at Camp Apple Creek have a chance to learn new skills and make new friends in a safe and fun environment. The Y s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility are encouraged in all of our activities. Children learn by spending spend time outdoors, practicing social and decision-making skills that are new to them, while being inspired by the Y camp counselors. Camp is filled with a range of activities sure to engage your child and provide them with a meaningful experience. We hope your family can become a part of our Camp Apple Creek family! Register at any YMCA of the Fox Cities Member Service Desk or online at www.ymcafoxcities.org under Online Registration. 2. $25 deposit due for each camp at the time of registration. 3. The remaining balance will due one-week prior to the scheduled camp. 4. Transfers or cancellations can be made until May 5, 2014. 5. After this date the deposit will be non-transferable and non-refundable. 6. Registration is open until one week before the camp begins or camp is at maximum capacity. 7. Questions? Scholarship Assistance At the Y, we believe in providing membership and program services to all who desire to participate in the Y, regardless of ability to pay. We are asking those in need of assistance to make an appointment prior to scheduled camp.
