ONBOARD ENTERTAINMENT WIRELESS IN-FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT WITH DATA ANALYTICS, CLOUD-BASED CONTENT DELIVERY Viasat Wireless IFE is a complete passenger engagement, commerce and mobile entertainment platform. It puts control of content, service delivery and commercial strategy firmly in the hands of the airline. Airlines can seamlessly publish personalized content to passengers smartphones and tablets at any point on the customer journey, from online booking to arrival at destination. Entertainment on Demand Stream to every passenger with minimal degradation in quality. Studio-approved Digital Rights Management (DRM) system provides content security. When your passengers need in-flight internet (IFC), the same hardware can be utilized for an integrated IFE/IFC system. Information & Entertainment Deliver informational content including moving maps, destination content and more. The powerful rules-based engine allows content and information to be tailored by the airline. Advertising Create targeted banner, video pre-roll and response advertising by origin, destination, phase of journey, loyalty program or demographic. Detailed tracking and reporting maximize the value of the inventory. Cloud-based Management Viasat Wireless IFE is cloud-managed, meaning content can be delivered, and analytics data retrieved, over Wi-Fi and cellular networks while the aircraft is on the ground. When the aircraft is satcom-enabled, all this functionality can happen while in the air. Custom Mobile Apps Android and ios mobile apps (standalone or embedded in an airline s own mobile apps) provide access to the entertainment platform, or users can access content via a standard web browser. Passengers can download apps to access a range of personalized pre-flight, onboard and post-flight content.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS OPERATIONAL APPS FOR PILOTS, CABIN CREW, FLIGHT OPS Our operational apps in document management, electronic flight bag and cabin management help to deliver efficiencies in the cockpit, cabin and flight ops. These apps are designed to operate effectively on aircraft that have yet to connect up, but cabin networks and satellite connectivity bring powerful additional benefits, including real-time updates, AID interface and cabin to cockpit connectivity. AeroDocs Documents EFB Cabin Management Our powerful XML editor is easy to use, delivering OEM and airline manuals to EFBs, while helping to maintain safety and compliance. Our modular electronic flight bag integrates with third party data suppliers and can scale to every fleet size, any aircraft mix. Give cabin crew access to all the information they need to serve passengers better and provide timely information to any of the airline s existing ground systems. Content Reuse Digital Library Passenger Manifest Once a document has been written, all of its components are available for sharing across multiple publications and departments. Our EFB software allows the operator to deliver a personal digital library to each crew member. A visual manifest showing cabin layout, detailing up to the minute passenger numbers, seating allocation, special assistance notes and more. Regulatory Tracking Crew Report Cabin Defects This software makes it simple to demonstrate to regulatory authorities how operator s manuals, procedures and checklists are used to promote compliance. Supports a range of reports including incident, voyage and Captain s Special Reports. Forms can be distributed to portable/installed EFB devices on the flight deck and/or authorized mobile devices. Defect reporting supports rapid, menu-driven defect categorization, to include photos taken from the flight attendant s mobile device.
