The Inn at Serenbe features 28 guest rooms located between 6 buildings on the Inn grounds and an additional 15 properties in the Serenbe Community. Our conference center provides the latest in multimedia facilities including a 125-inch screen with computer connectivity for any presentation. Wireless internet is also provided for all conference amenities.

CONFERENCE FAC I L I T I E S The Birch Room: $350 The Birch Room at Serenbe, conveniently located in our Main House, features boardroom-style seating and can accommodate a meeting of up to 10 guests. A large modern Full HD display is provided for presentations. The Pecan Room: $400 The Pecan Room at Serenbe offers a 350 square foot room can accommodate up to 25 guests. A ceiling-mounted projector and full screen are provided. There is an adjacent kitchenette that provides a place to set up for breaks or snacks. Restroom facilities are conveniently located adjacent to the foyer.

The Hawthorne Room: $500 The Hawthorne Room at Serenbe measures approximately 540-square feet and features a 125 rear projection screen and is suitable for groups with 10-35 attendees. The projection equipment can be connected to your laptop computer to display presentations. The Hawthorne Room offers an inviting foyer and opens to an outside terrace and gardens. There is an adjacent kitchenette that provides a place to set up for breaks or snacks. Restroom facilities are conveniently located adjacent to the foyer. The Oak Room: $1,250 The Oak Room at Serenbe is 1300-square feet stunning space that will make a memorable impression on your guests. Perfectly suited for corporate dinners, presentations, and team building functions. The Oak Room features plenty of natural light, views of green pastures, and an adjoining front porch seating area with rocking chairs. The Oak Foyer is the immaculate location to receive guests or host a cocktail hour. The Oak Room will seat up to 100 attendees. The room has internet connectivity through a wireless router. A ceiling-mounted projector and full screen are provided.

CONFERENCE PACKAGE PRICING The Inn at Serenbe is pleased to offer overnight accommodations to your group. We will gladly work with your conference coordinator to help determine what best suits your group s needs. This will depend on the number of people needing overnight accommodations as well as any specific sleeping arrangements you provide to us. GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS Our guest rooms are located within our six separate buildings encompassed by beautiful farm land. Each guest room offers a private bathroom. If handicapped or special accommodations should be required, please advise your sales representative as soon as possible so that our staff can make arrangements accordingly. **We require all groups over 10 to master bill all costs associated with their retreat including guest room accommodations. Groups under 10 may pay individually. DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/HANDLING FEES A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Serenbe Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. If cancelled within the 60 days prior to the conference date, we require full payment, less any bookings we make for that time period. All remaining charges and additional charges that may accrue during your stay will be charged upon departure.

GROUP ACTIVITIES WINE TASTING Vignette Cellars, a resident company at Serenbe works with small production wineries in France to import and share unique wines with guests. 3 or 5 tasting options available and includes an artisan cheese tray. $30-45 per person YOGA Emphasize present moment awareness with a Mindful Yoga Class. Highlights include Yoga Basics, Yoga for the Office, and Yoga Flow. 1.5 hours $125 for 10 guests, $10 per each additional guest COOKING DEMONSTRATION Serenbe s Chef-In-Residence Matt Adolfi leads a hands-on cooking class that is a fun and interactive team building experience. Experience the art of southern cuisine using local products 90 minutes, $50+ per person SCAVENGER HUNT Program will begin with a basic introduction to the farm and a short farm tour. The group will be divided into teams (if over 15 people) and will embark on a clue-driven scavenger hunt. The clues will make the groups think about what they ve learned about the farm and will require some creativity to consider where to find the next hint. Cost -- $20 per person, minimum $150 Time 45-60 minutes CHALLENGE COURSE WITH ZIP WIRE An exciting approach designed to challenge individuals and groups while enhancing the learning process. This unique course incorporates 4 low elements, 4 high elements, and a zip wire developing and building character, promoting teamwork, responsibility, and leadership. HORSE-BACK RIDING Guided trail rides through Serenbe Stables. Please call 678.333.2989 for availability. SPA SERVICES The Spa at Serenbe is open in the community of Serenbe Monday through Sunday. Appointments in advance are recommended and they offer massage, facials/peels, manicures, and reflexology services. Please call 770-463-0880 for appointments.

SERENBE FARMS A tour of Serenbe Farms takes approximately 1 hour and the rate is $15 per person. Serenbe Farms also offers a scavenger hunt and the rate is $20 per person. For reservations please contact info@serenbefarms.com SERENBE FARMS TOUR WITH ACTIVITIES Program will cover basic farm tour and additionally allow for hands on activities. These activities will be seasonal and include harvesting something from the farm (cherry tomatoes, flowers, carrots, etc. depending on season) as well as planting, weeding and trellising. Cost -- $20 per person, minimum $150 Time 60-75 minutes EVENING BONFIRE A bonfire area is set up in front of the Lake House complimentary during your stay for appointments. MINDFULNESS Walk the beautiful stone labyrinth by the lake complimentary during your stay. GROUP ART WORKSHOP Artist Tom Swanston offers a rich enjoyable experiential workshop focused on individual appreciation for and enrichment of, the nonverbal creative ecology of the 21st Century. This process can be altered to fit individual needs or group dynamics. It s a great opportunity for groups to focus on Team building and to have FUN while doing in or to just enjoy a specific theme, such as alternative materials, or landscape as personal narrative for an afternoon while enjoying Serenbe. The rate is $95 per person and there is a required minimum of eight people, maximum of sixteen people. Laser Tag A team sport where players attempt to score points by tagging targets, using a hand-held infrared-emitting targeting device. 30 guests can play at a time. We have a $300 rate for 100 minutes with 12 taggers ($30 for each additional tagger).
