Transfer from the airport to hotel The english-speaking guide welcomes the participants at the airport and gives you a first impression of the lively metropolis on the way to the city. You see the magnificent Prado Boulevard and the famous landmarks of the city: the Cibeles Fountain and other attractions like the Puerta de Alcalá and the Atocha train station. It has been completely renovated with an extremely elegant interior design combining both modern and classical touches. Check-in at hotel. Hotel 4**** H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid Ideally located on Gran Vía shopping street in central Madrid, this 4-star hotel is a five-minute walk from the famous Puerta del Sol Square. Saturday, 06.10.2018 Discover Madrid on bike You also can discover Madrid with Segways or with the funny little GoCArs In the morning we start with a bicycle tour. Get to know Madrid more intimately, from the famous must-see attractions to favorite out-of-the-way spots visited by locals. You'll be accompanied by a guide, who will tell you about the history, art and gastronomy of the city. The tour follows a relaxed pace and includes rest stops for refreshments and photos. Follow quiet back streets away from the city traffic, and ride through cycling paths and pedestrian zones to discover Madrid s out-of-the-way places. Sightseeing by bicycle is a fun and healthy way to tour Madrid. After the tour there will be a refreshment stop in the Retiro park. Please note that this tour can be done with a dutch speaking guide. If the group wants to have lunch together, please let us know and we will send you restaurant proposals and take care of reservation.
