Please note that the program may have to be altered slightly to adapt to any changing circumstances.

Accommodation The Forum will be held at Candelbark Farm, 531 Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road, Healesville, which provides comfortable, camp-style accommodation in rooms that sleep 4 people (beds are double-bunk beds but we ll use only the bottom bunks - unless you prefer a top bunk), each with en-suite. Room configurations vary and can accommodate a variety of needs and numbers please complete the form below to help us meet your needs. Some may have to share a mixedgender cabin please inform us in advance if that doesn t suit you. All buildings and ground floor units are wheelchair accessible and bathroom facilities are wheelchair friendly. You will need to bring sheets and pillow slip (doona, if you like, though quilts are provided) or sleeping bag, and towel. It could well be cold so come prepared for changing weather conditions. The Camp has no smoking, and no nuts (or food containing nuts) policies. Feel free to bring musical instruments. No pets please! The weekend will be child-friendly. Find out more about Candelbark Farm For those seeking more luxurious accommodation off-site we recommend Sanctuary House, 10 minutes away on Badger Creek Rd, Healesville. (NB: Mention you are part of the Reconciliation Victoria Tour/Forum group when you make your booking to get special deal). Costs Reconciliation Victoria will subsidise some expenses to make the weekend affordable. We have endeavoured to keep costs as low as possible. The event will be, wherever possible, supporting local Aboriginal organisations through procurement of services (e.g. tours). We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to participate and will therefore provide a number of sponsored places. Option A: $145 (covers accommodation at Candelbark Farm, main meals, tours) Option B: $175-200 (covers accom, meals, tours plus contribution towards organising costs and sponsorship of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander participants) Option C: $110 (concession rate - for those on a benefit) Option D: sponsored places for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander participants (enquiries: Damian O'Keefe 0427 030 545) We may be able to offer a reduced rate to those not wishing to partake in all the activities or who wish to sleep off-site. Please get in contact if you wish to discuss such an option. Please complete the Registration Form below and return to us ASAP. Payment details to follow.

Transport To save costs and fuel consumption, we encourage car-pooling. For those requiring transport there will be several cars leaving from near the CBD (more details to come) between 9 9.30am, as well as from several other locations around the city and regional centres. Those driving will need to use their own car for the Tour all tracks are accessible to 2-wheel drive cars. Public transport options (to be advised). Other We will provide Dinner Saturday night and Breakfast Sunday morning, and tea and coffee etc. We ask that you bring your own lunch for the Saturday. BYO drinks (including alcohol if inclined) and snacks and treats. Feel free to bring something to share Saturday evening. We strongly recommend you bring wet weather gear, umbrellas, etc. in case of rain or cold weather. Enquiries: events@reconciliationvic.org.au 0427 030 545
