DESCRIPTION A magnificent trail that will give us an understanding of another world conception in the Inca territory. By doing this Inca trail, which starts in the artistic quarter of San Blas to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we will begin to understand the incredible efficiency of the Empire s organization. Thanks to chroniclers, we know that a Chaski was able to transport fresh fish or messages from the coast to the mountains in only two days. In this way, we will observe an example of the quality of communication at the time of the Inca Empire, and the civilization s harmony with its surroundings.

In the afternoon, we will continue our descent through the beautiful Leonpunku canyon ( the lion door in quechua) where we will go through the Inca checkpoint that guards the pass to Huchuy Qosqo. The Inca people endowed the place with vertiginous stairs, a suspension bridge and a beautiful path that still remains nowadays. The scenic beauty is inseparable from our trek. Then, we will continue our journey towards the Sacred Valley and the village of Lamay, taking time to look at the flowers, native plants, and the beauty of the Sacred Valley.
