NEW ACTIVITIES The Margi Farm Using only high quality raw materials, organic and seasonal ingredients, the aim was to highlight the special features of Greek cuisine and local products. Colours, scents and flavours complement one another throughout all the seasons. In line with this philosophy, the idea of creating the Margi Farm was born. Activities: Visit the Garden: A guided walk through the organic garden. Visit the Animals: We have hens and chickens that supply us with our daily eggs, goats and Billy, our rescue donkey. We give you the opportunity to feed them and admire them. Live Cooking Demonstration: Here our chef will cook in front of you a meal based on fresh eggs Strastada.
