Ensure they are visually appealing, content rich and accessible. Manage media relations, marketing, accounting and other requirements for the business. Key achievements in the past 12 months Provided crisis communications services to one of Australia s largest travel insurance firms Aussietravelcover following a November 2014 hacking attack on its database (annual revenue $3 million, 700,000 customers). SRA Communications was appointed after the incident was misreported as Australia s largest database security breach. Under new protocols developed in consultation with SRA Communications, Aussietravelcover issued a series of statements to customers, travel agents, statutory authorities and the media confirming the limited nature of the breach - and helped introduce new safeguards designed to prevent a repeat of the incident. Provided specialist news writing services to business publisher Thomson Reuters, including cover stories for its national industrial relations quarterly Workplace Review (the most recent cover story being a 1,500 word profile on former Federal Minister for Resources and Energy Martin Ferguson).. The story is part of ongoing news series on prominent IR figures. My former interviewees included Federal Minister for Employer Eric Abetz, President of the NSW Industrial Commission Justice Roger Boland and President of Fair Work Australia Justice Geoffrey Giudice (the contents of the Giudice interview were raised by then Opposition IR spokesperson Abetz in a series of questions put to Justice Giudice at a Federal Senates Estimates hearing in late 2011).
