License 711 issued December 1985, originally appointed to Aduana Interior del Estado de México (Mexico State Inland Customs House); authorized to act before multiple Customs Houses by License 3193 issued 1991, currently appointed to Aduana en el Aeropuerto de México, D.F. (Mexico City International Airport Customs House). INCORPORATION.- Martinez Arzani SC was Founded in 1990 as a Customs Bureau, a group of specialists ready to assist in import and export before various customs houses. 1991 was the year we became an International Company by opening our US Offices in Laredo, Tx. In August 2001, in association with Customs House Broker Sergio Arenas de los Ríos, License 3185, our operations were integrated in two office branches in Mexico City Int l and Mexico City (Inland Railway Customs).
