Sharing Austin s Success Austin Industries provides nearly every type of civil, commercial and industrial construction service based on the expertise of nearly 7,000 employee-owners. 1902 - Frank and George Austin began building iron truss bridges across Texas and Georgia. 1918 Austin Industries officially founded. 1986 - The Austin Industries Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was started. 2001 - Austin Industries became 100% employee-owned. 2018 Austin is celebrating its 100 th anniversary and its 32 nd year of employee ownership.

ESOP Education & Communications Committee The ESOP Education and Communications Committee (EECC) is a volunteer committee of Austin employee-owners that meets monthly to discuss how to engage and educate to our E/Os.
