Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Wisconsin Annual Convocation May 5, 2018 Janesville, Wisconsin TO: Grand Officers, Past Grand Officers of the Grand Chapter, Dais Officers, Past Presiding Officers of Constituent Chapters of Royal Arch Masons of Wisconsin. Dear Companions: The 168 th Grand Convocation of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of the State of Wisconsin will reconvene at 9:00am on Saturday May 5, 2018 at the Janesville Masonic Center at 2322 East Milwaukee Street, Janesville, Wisconsin, 53545. Attendance It is the duty of the Grand Officers and the Three Principal Officers of each Constituent Chapter to attend the Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Wisconsin. All Companions are welcome and urged to attend. This is one day and it is a Saturday. Please try your best to attend. Registration & Credentials To expedite the registration process and to assist us with planning, all attendees must pre-register using the form provided. In the past, fees to pay certain convocation expenses have been added to meal and room costs. This is unfair as some attendees do not need rooms and/or choose not to partake in meals. This year a $5.00 registration fee will be charged to all delegates/attendees so all share equally in these costs. Registrations received after the due date will be charged an additional $5.00. Registration and Credentials will open at 7:30 am at the Janesville Masonic Center. It is the responsibility of each delegate / attendee to register and check in with the Credentials Committee. Credentials will close at 9:00 am. Upon registration you will receive your meal tickets, programs, and other information. A current dues card will be required of all delegates/attendees. Proxy Cards Proxy Forms are available on the Wisconsin Grand Chapter Website. Should a Dais Officer be unable to attend, he should assign his proxy to another Companion according to Grand Statues. Proxy Forms must be signed by the Granting Officer with the Constituents Chapters Seal there to affixed.

Meal Reservations Required Each delegate and guest is requested to make their own meal reservations. Please use the enclosed form for registration, make additional copies as needed. Mail the completed form to: Companion Dave Mahoney, 3157 Selkirk Dr., Sun Prairie, WI 53590 along with your check payable to: Wisconsin Grand Chapter of Wisconsin (memo line: 2018 Grand Convocation). The Deadline Date for meal reservations is April 21, 2018. Walk ins cannot be accepted. Order of High Priesthood Degree Order of High Priesthood Degree will hold a meeting and confer the degree following the completion of the Installation of Officers. (See form attached) Hotel Reservations: Each delegate and guest is requested to make their own hotel reservations with the Hampton Inn; Janesville, Wisconsin; call 1-608-756-4900, Room rates is $129 plus tax. A block of 20 rooms has been set aside for Friday May 4 th and Saturday May 5 th. There are 4 handicapped accessible rooms included in the block. reservations for block close at midnight on 14 April 2018. Deposit required to hold room. All rooms are with two queen beds except the handicapped rooms which have one queen bed. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast and a pool.
