DAY 2: Fun day with activities Day 2: May 3 rd or May 4 th or May 10 th or May 11 th Breakfast in the hotel After Breakfast: Travel for 20 minutes from Tel Aviv and 30 minutes from Netanya to a fun morning with activities that are typical to Israelis : Krav Maga, Peddle Karting and Matkot fun activity for one hour in each station. This is an outdoor venue where the activities will take place * Note: The group will be divided to 3 teams and each team will have an hour s activity in each station Station 1: Matkot: Is like ping pong but the rackets are a bit bigger and the ball is mad of strong rubber, It is usually played on the beach (Note: since the beaches are very busy at the weekends- Friday and Saturday, we cannot fence out a private area on the beach) Station 2: Krav Maga : Is a unique self defence method invented by the Israelis for both the individual and for combat use. It is being learned in couples, while each couple practice with each other. Station 3: Peddle carting Team will race between themselves with carting paddle cars. A very fun and energetic activity. At the end of the 3 competitions the winners in each competition will race between themselves to decide the winning team. Optional Half day tour of Tel Aviv Tour will start at Neve Tsedek area, one of the first neighbourhoods built outside Jaffa, is now an Artistic Colony and is being lovingly restored. During the tour we will see boasts modern architecture, alongside classic examples of the Bauhaus school of the 1930 s and 1940 s brought to Israel by new immigrant architects at that time. End the tour at the Tachana - historic Tel Aviv-Jaffa train station, located between hip Neve Tzedek and the Mediterranean Sea, which has recently been transformed into a new entertainment and leisure centre after a 10-year restoration project. Jaffa is one of the oldest port cities in the Mediterranean. For over 5000 years Jaffa has served as a gateway between east and west, north and south, a cosmopolitan city that witnessed the passage of warriors, pilgrims and visitors, goods, ideas, fashion, and stories. Jaffa, one of the World's most ancient port cities, where stone buildings, narrow passages and picturesque courtyards recall the rich past of this charming city. Old Jaffa is alive and houses a thriving artists colony. The twisting passages will reveal antiquities and coins, Ceramics, silk art, impressionist paintings, hand-woven goods and exquisite jewels, all born in an atmosphere inspired by the surroundings.
