The four star Bedford Lodge Hotel was originally a Georgian Hunting Lodge built for the sixth Duke of Bedford in the 18th Century. It wasn t until 1940 that it was converted into a hotel. Today, Bedford Lodge Hotel offers the very best in modern comfort and luxury. Our hotel epitomises a strong contemporary style whilst retaining the charm and character of its former country house beginnings. Our six stylish state-of-the-art conference and events rooms are ideally located in the heart of East Anglia. All rooms have complimentary wireless internet access and air conditioning. Our Cambridge Room benefits from a high definition plasma display monitor featuring the very latest presentation technology and Bose sound system. The hotel also has free parking facilities for up to 120 cars. Bedford Lodge Hotel has a total of 77 luxury appointed bedrooms including 21 super king-sized rooms, benefitting from the added luxury of a separate bath and shower. All bedrooms are tastefully designed, featuring state-of-the-art televisions, complimentary Molton Brown products and tea and coffee making facilities.

Location Situated in the town of Newmarket, the ancestral home of British horseracing, Bedford Lodge Hotel is located beside the famous training gallops and only a very short distance from Newmarket Racecourses. Being at the heart of East Anglia, Bedford Lodge Hotel provides the perfect base for any meeting or event. We are easily accessable via the A11, A14 and close to the M11 motorway.
