PT CIPUTRA DEVELOPMENT TBK Newsletter May 2013 The Leaf Festival at CitraRaya Tangerang Tangerang The Leaf Festival was held on 12 May from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This program was an open house of The Leaf cluster, which was the first cluster of Ecopolis mega cluster. The Leaf cluster will be developed on an area of 4 ha, and consist of 4 types of houses. The houses have modern design and concern more on Green Home features, such as green wall, sun shading, bio-pore wells (sumur biopori), Ecowasher products and biological septic tank. The location is close to the commercial area of The Boulevard, Ciputra Hospital and the recreation area of CitraRaya Water World and World of Wonders theme park. The Leaf festival was started with a photography competition covering CitraRaya s area and facilities. Then it was followed by EcoCulture representative competition. Many children from CitraRaya and the surrounding area participated in this program. Then as the guest, they had asked a popular chef, Chef Citra, to do cooking demonstration of 4 dishes professionally. There was a complete culinary festival also, presenting the speciality of food and beverages from Nusa Tenggara. And customers and guests can visit and take a look to the show units of The Leaf which are located beside the location of The Leaf Festival s venue. Compassionate Blood Donor at Ciputra Mall Jakarta Jakarta Ciputra Mall Jakarta has targeted to hold the social activity of blood donor twice every year. This was the first blood donor held in 2013. It was held on Monday, 20 May 2013 at the center court of lower ground level, starting from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This time Ciputra Mall Jakarta worked with Indonesia Red Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia) and Sonora FM as media partner. As for sponsorship, it got from tenants and also some other companies. People who want to participate in blood donor should first register themselves by filling up the health form given. Then they will be checked for blood type and body weight. Also they should do physical check with doctors. After these were passed, then their blood will be taken. And after they had done with these procedures, they could have their meal, took their donor card together with souvenir and gift. This time, a total number of 698 participants registered for the blood donor, but only 498 participants were allow to donor their blood. Launching of Green House by VidaView Apartment Makassar Launching of Vida View Apartments which was held in Grand Clarion Hotel Makassar on Friday, 3 May 2013 has gained positive appreciation form Makassar society. This was shown by the sales of Garden House units which were all sold out. Special Theme with Special Tournament at Ciputra Golf Surabaya Surabaya Entering the month of May, which was the celebration of International Mother s Day, Ciputra Golf Surabaya created different and special atmosphere for its routine monthly tournament. Inspiring Woman was used as the theme of May s monthly medal. Ciputra Golf asked woman golfers to play together outfaced the scorching heat of the sun. But then, it was very pity that on this very special women event, only 7 woman golfers attended this special tournament, due to the difficulties in finding woman golfers. This time s monthly tournament became special because not all of the participants were young golfers. There were also junior golfers and also golfers from outside Surabaya compete in the tournament, which was held on 5 Mei 2013. Appeared as the champion for overall best net category was junior golfer coming from Surabaya, Aiko, with total score of 69, while for overall best gross category was golfer with handicap 7, Sunarto, with total score of 78. A total of 130 participants attended this monthly tournament, which was larger number than the month before. This showed that Ciputra Golf s monthly event had always been waited by golfers from outside Surabaya also. Sunday Brunch Open House Event at CitraGrand Mutiara Yogyakarta Yogyakarta On 5 May 2013 CitraGrand Mutiara Yogyakarta succeeded in organizing an open house event with the theme of Sunday Brunch. This event was held in order to launch its first show unit in the certain location, the Albert Superior type. With menu of barbeque which was combined with Europe taste, the theme was brunch.
