V. WHAT WILL THE INTERNATIONAL COACHING CONGRESS BE ABOUT? The VI International Coaching Congress 2014: Being, Perspectives and Transformation is an invitation to productive debates, inspire ideas, proposals, resources and tools. All this shared with national and international professionals will turn into bridges of understanding, development of competencies, and identification of new areas of the professional practice of coaching. This event promises to be an ideal space to learn, build and promote the best developmental strategies for the sustainability of human talent, presenting the practice of the coaching profession from an ethical and constructivist point of view.

BEING: The VI International Coaching Congress is the most important opportunity to unify voices and views that help elevate the level of consciousness in creating relevant and deep meanings around the idea that we are in a very special moment of human history where the human being is the engine of the world s transformation.
PERSPECTIVES: The Congress brings together professionals from around the world, from countries with different levels of the practice, from diverse schools, views and means of transformation. All of these with a common element: write important pages on the development of the coaching practice and the coach as the facilitator.
TRANSFORMATION: On the coaching practice, change is the result of the intentionality to generate an expansion of possibilities and capabilities of the human BEING, its talents, realities and leadership skills. The Congress presents the coaching practice with a wide array of contributions that go beyond the corporate walls, placing the practice on the center of education, schools, streets and groups in disadvantage with a robust model of transformation in pro of the HUMAN BEING and change that the world demands.
