The bus service is optional, and is paid for by those students using the service. Due to the limitations of buses and the availability of buses to service each route, the College is not able to serve some areas and compounds due to distance, direction and traffic conditions. 5HANDBOOK - Bussing Information From time to time, city events, accidents and road works disrupt the flow of traffic and may cause delays in pick-up and drop-off times. The College cannot be held responsible for such delays. The School Bus Service is funded by the bus users with the exception of the cost for the Bus Monitor. This additional expense is met by the College. Bus fees are based on students signing up for at least one Term, for travel to and from the pick-up point close to the student s home, for each School day of the Term.
HANDBOOK - Bussing Information Recently, a request was received from some parents for casual bus use. Existing bookings may be extended for two week periods depending on space and availability. Students and Parents using the School Bus Service on a casual basis, are equally bound by the College Bus Regulations as regular bus users, with student and parent responsibilities listed on the web site. 6 Parents intending to use the School Bus Service on a casual basis should: 1.
