All people, including visitors, within a protected area should be using guard-post antistatic. Should keep them closed and with the sleeves touching the skin All cars and their shelves must be grounded If the floor is not dissipative, you must ensure that all handling ESD-sensitive devices, take place only when all protections are active, ie, packed in anti-static protection (in transport and temporary storage in production, for example) and out of the package, only using strap dissipative and connected to the grounding system. Protected areas should be audited monthly Página 8 de 12

All sensitive components (ESDS) ESD should only be handled by properly grounded within a controlled area. dissipation packaging; shielded containers; boxes capped drivers Do not use long hair touching the plate. Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm between the hair and the ESD sensitive component. Packing It is understood by all packaging materials used for packaging, containment, protection, handling, delivery and presentation of goods, from the producer to the final consumer, ensuring the integrity and quality of the material. The type of ESD protection packaging, transport or storage or is ESDS items outside an EPA must meet the ESD Control Program requirements. Some types of ESD protection packaging bags are made with low generation capacity loads coatings, the layers of the air dissipation coating, screen wires conductive antistatic and EMI / RFI shielding. All packaging used to protect against ESD (Antistatic or shielded package, '' Caplugs "connectors protection, warning symbols and inscriptions ESD) must be specified in the contract, purchase order, drawings or other documentation According to the ESD item be protected. it shall be set for all processes involving the transport of ESDS items Within an EPA between workplaces and field service operation. The package dissipation (package '' Rose ") and driver (packing" black ") should not be used for the transport of ESDS items. These packages can only block electrostatic charges inside and not block external electrostatic field. During transport, the most suitable packaging is shielded. Care should be taken with armored packages because they have limited storage life or lose their protective properties when they are crushed, drilled, bent or subject to rapid changes in temperature and humidity. Handling components ESDS Transport and handlings of ESDS components in the areas of supplies must follow the specifications below: Place the antistatic wrist strap and connect it to the antistatic mat connector of the work surface, ensuring the ground. Using bracelet at all times you will handle the electrical components and other ESDS components. Pack-components with the antistatic packaging, avoiding contact with the exposed electrical connectors, terminals or printed circuit boards. The supplier must implement a system of prevention, detection and removal of foreign objects.(foe) Página 9 de 12

O) DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENTS During product development, the supplier must submit to AVIONICS analysis of risk on non-compliance of previous events in similar products. Items with safety features / legislation should be supplied with the raw material certificates corresponding to the lot without mixing parts, when required by AVIONICS, the supplier shall forward to the Quality Department at suppliers AVIONICS the list of sub-suppliers, indicators performance and actions to mitigate risk suppliers. Suppliers providing build-to-print items should only use sub-suppliers and raw materials from approved suppliers AVIONICS.
