Failure to pay your deposit by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Cruiseco reserves the right to reduce the number of days in this option closer to the sailing date. Registrations on domestic sectors Cabins on domestic sectors are capacity controlled, and may not show any availability at times. More domestic cruise cabins will be released over the coming months, so be sure to register your interest for cabins not currently available. No deposit requirement applies for registrations. Once a registered cabin has been confirmed, a deposit is required as specified in the deposit requirements section above. What s NOT included in your holiday price Airfares, optional tour and transfer packages, passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages, items of a personal nature, optional excursions, etc. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise of your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government. Itinerary changes Cruiseco & Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage. Travel documentation Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time. Travel insurance We recommend that you obtain comprehensive international travel and medical insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not waive any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. Booking changes, cancellations and refunds In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing Terms and Conditions will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday, if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. These cancellation fees will be levied by the shipping company and possibly the airline and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to your travel date that you cancel. You should check very carefully with your Cruiseco Travel Agent what these fees are, before you make your booking. A fee of $25 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Please note, this does not apply to name changes or cabin downgrades, which are considered cancellations, and normal cancellation fees apply. Cancellations and cancellation fees Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. The following scale of charges (includes G.S.T.) will apply when notice of cancellation is given prior to holiday departure. Qantas Frequent Flyer points and membership Qantas Frequent Flyer Points and complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer membership are awarded on Cruiseco holidays. Qantas Frequent Flyer members will receive one Qantas Point for every $1.50 spent. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is complimentary for all customers who have made final payment for their Cruiseco holiday and are not already Qantas Frequent Flyer members. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is nontransferable and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Points are not awarded on port charges, government fees, on board gratuities and air taxes. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
