Then when SP's were asked for clarity on specific activities the feedback was not forthcoming, making completion of the report difficult. Due to a number of circumsatnaces this accreditor will NOT be renewing Accreditors' status with the appointment of the new board. Therefore this will be the last ly report generated by CUT EMC.
