Current State of Projects EREL Joint Enterprise: Coal mining in Ugolniy site of East Chulmakan Field and Vostochny site of Chulmakan Field, Inaglinsky Cut with mining volume of 0.6-0.8 million tons. Self-supporting enterprise, profits used for KOLMAR Holding Company project development. DEZHNEVSKAYA Mine: 1 st stage mine with capacity of 0.5 million tons is put into operation. 2 nd stage with projected capacity of 3 million tons is under development. Refining factory (RF) ready for construction. Construction of infrastructure facilities of mine and the RF, as well as of railway station have been completed. Current investment into construction 4.5 billion RUR. Needed investment 6.5 billion RUR as bank credit or capital shares. INAGLINSKAYA Mine: Project in final stage of launch: Design estimates of mine and RF have been completed. RF equipment fully acquired, mine equipment partially acquired, all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained. The project have passed overall evaluation by independent international consultants. Current investment in the project 1.2 billion RUR Needed investment 7.2 billion RUR as bank credit or capital shares.
