LEADERSHIP DAN BURNSTEIN CEO Dan is a lifelong pilot with over 10,000 hours total time and is current and qualified on the Learjet 40 and Lear 60 series aircraft. He has directed dozens of aircraft brokerage and acquisition transactions during his three-decade tenure in private air, and has enormous perspective on multiple aircraft markets, trends and opportunities. Dan personally oversees all the details associated with each aircraft listing, marketing, promotion and transaction for Omni Aircraft Sales, and is available around the clock to ensure every detail and direction is meticulously planned and executed. MIKE SKOW PRESIDENT JAY TAFFET DIRECTOR, GULF SOUTH REGION Mike began flying Learjets in 2004 and was promptly advanced to Captain in 2007. In 2013, Mike was promoted to President and Director of Operations of Omni Air Transport and was recently appointed President of Omni Aircraft Sales. Mike directs the organizational and investment strategies of the company, ensuring the brokerage and sales divisions operate towards maximum efficiency and value for its customers. RYAN LINN SALES ASSOCIATE Ryan began his corporate aviation career as a professional pilot in 2005 after graduating from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He has been a lead pilot since 2007 and has over 5,000 hours of total flight time, with type ratings in the Learjet 35, Challenger 604 and Boeing 737. Ryan is the lead sales associate managing all market analysis, transaction trends and valuation strategies for both the brokerage and acquisition divisions. TOM MCMINN CHIEF INSPECTOR Tom McMinn is a 38-year veteran in the aviation industry. A former United States Marine aviation mechanic, Tom has earned numerous accolades in his various capacities as Lead Mechanic, Project Manager, Director of Maintenance and Director of Quality with various organizations. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of jets and has enormous perspective on all issues related to aviation maintenance and quality management. Tom manages all aircraft status, inspection and capability data associated with sales and acquisition efforts for Omni Aircraft Sales, ensuring both the aircraft and transaction is well researched and validated. CALE B BENNER DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE Caleb is a sixteen-year veteran in aviation operations and maintenance. He has served in various capacities in the Tulsa aviation market, including Senior A&P and Chief Inspector, and joined Omni Aircraft Sales in 2016 as the company s Director of Maintenance. Caleb leads all aircraft technical evaluations on both the sales and acquisition side, ensuring optimum reliability and value for all client transactions. JASPER ATHWAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Jasper is a distinguished business development leader with numerous achievements in overall growth, brand development and market acquisition for various national and international companies. Prior to joining Omni Aircraft Sales, Jasper served as COO for a nationally-based, contract security company and was awarded the Innovation Award through Tulsa Global Entrepreneurship Week for his achievements in that position. DEBRA SCORE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Deb has over 15 years of high-profile, private sector accounting/finance management experience. She has directed operational and strategic accounting for a broad range of organizations and is highly experienced in all types of compliance and reporting procedures. Prior to joining Omni Aircraft Sales, Deb served as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for a successful Part 121 international charter airline and Director of Finance for a Part 137 carrier. Deb manages all licensing, organizational compliance and financial reporting, along with all transactions, including escrow coordination, agreements and funding requirements.
