The renting and servicing of your property will be done by us. You will receive the rental for the use of your apartment. Additionally, you can use your apartment for up to six weeks per year for your own holiday after agreement. For the first 20 years, your apartment will be rented to guests by our experienced apartment caretakers (Buy & Let Serviced Apartments). The renting and servicing of your property will be carried out by our operator directly. In this way, your apartment generates income for you. Additionally, you can use it yourself for your own holiday for up to eight weeks per year, at times of your own choice. The best is that after 21 years, the property will be converted into your second home automatically.
