Conference Center Management With over 220,000 square feet of meeting space, Columbia is the Northwest s largest conference center management company. Our experience includes management of both public and privately-owned facilities.
Asset Management As an asset manager, our role is to ensure that ownership s objectives and goals receive priority. To achieve this we act as the owner s agent, working directly with the management company to provide oversight on all facets of property operations. Columbia has experience working with private and public ownership as well as branded and non-branded management. We also offer broad expertise in the area of receiverships. Residential Management From consulting to development, marketing, and ongoing HOA management, we apply the same ROI-centric hospitality focus to condominium operations as we do with our hotels, conference centers and golf courses.
Consulting Columbia has the ability to tailor its services to meet the needs and desires of our clients. We specialize in consultation to the hospitality industry. The principals in our consulting practice have years of experience in analysis and evaluation, development, operation and management of hotels, convention centers, conference centers, golf courses and distinctive event venues domestically and internationally. Our hotel consulting services include: market analysis, due diligence, operational analysis, sales and marketing analysis, brand affiliation evaluation, receivership, and expert testimony.
