For the ultimate in social prestige at the finest address in the city, flawless event co-ordination from its dedicated and enthusiastic team of experts, deliciously creative cuisine and thoughtful personalised attention to detail. A ROOM FOR EVERY OCCASION Encompassing 796 square meters (8,567 square feet) of elegant function space, Four Seasons presents a superb collection of eight beautifully appointed salons in every size and style for social entertaining. With all rooms conveniently grouped on one floor, most filled with natural light and the majority with views over Hyde Park and Mayfair, the entire first floor can be booked for a single event giving a greater sense of privacy, security and of course, exclusivity. In addition to the Ballroom, there is a choice of seven other more intimate rooms, each with their own individual personality and décor and each suitable for hosting private dinners, cocktail parties and social events from ten to 100 guests. Licensed also to host civil marriage ceremonies, Four Seasons offers something and somewhere just right for every occasion!

THE BALLROOM The sleek, state of the art Ballroom is elegantly decorated in cherry wood paneling with a centered marble fireplace and a full wall of windows giving an abundance of natural daylight. Ideal for dinners for up to 300 guests, or receptions for up to 450, this versatile venue provides a blank canvas setting for sophisticated staging and lighting and can also be divided into two separate salons for smaller parties. A chic black marble reception foyer showcasing an eclectic collection of fine art and antiques links the Ballroom to all the other private rooms on the first floor.

THE OAK AND PINE ROOMS Named for its traditional paneling, the Oak Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a reception, 80 guest for lunch or dinner, and can transform itself as a backdrop for seated wedding ceremonies to the hub of the social festivities. This versatile space works equally well for cocktail party receptions and private dinners. The adjacent Pine Room features the most exquisite carved woodwork and a magnificent marble fireplace recovered from the 18th century townhouse that originally occupied the site of the hotel. Often used in conjunction with the Oak Room, the Pine Room is a beautiful setting for greeting guests or for photography. With painted clouds on the ceiling and chandelier lighting this charming room lends itself perfectly to dinners, lunches or cocktails.

THE HAMILTON ROOM This glass walled private dining room with its stunning 180 degree views over the Hotel s landscaped garden terrace below and beyond towards Hyde Park and Park Lane is the showcase of the Four Seasons private dining collection. Against a canopy of trees and greenery, the Hamilton Room provides a delightful setting for an intimate lunch party or a private reception for up to 60 guests.

THE TENTH FLOOR LOUNGE Presenting the most spectacular panoramic views across London s dramatic skyline, the tenth floor rooftop lounge is the jewel in the crown atop the Four Seasons building. A chic and sleek space with floor to ceiling windows opening out onto a terrace in the sky, the lounge is available for small evening receptions for parties of up to 20 guests. Enjoy the romance of this unique sense of place above the city, sipping cocktails under the stars with the twinkling lights of the City below.

FLORAL DESIGN Flowers are an integral part of the most important occasions in our lives. From beginning to end and everything in between flowers are the subtle backbone of expressing our emotions, complimenting an event and bringing that special day to life. Four Seasons resident Floral Designer Rosalind Ackerley, is on hand to create the most exquisite floral arrangements and make every special occasion an unforgettable experience. She sums up her personal passion and feel for everything floral in her own words I have been in this business for many years and I still prepare every bridal bouquet as if it were my own. For me the bride s bouquet is very special and symbolic, but then I am a florist. The flowers speak for themselves and it is my job to put them together to their best advantage. I want every bride to be thrilled with the work we have done.

Each of the 193 guest rooms are furnished in contemporary residential style and retain the intimate feel of a private residence with charming city or parkland views. The hotel also features an impressive range of one, two and three bedroom suites that are ideal for accommodating groups of varying sizes. Designed for both elegance and comfort most of the suites have fireplaces and most have terraces or balconies with panoramic vistas of Hyde Park, Park Lane or Mayfair.
