MINIMUM BOOKING: Please Note: We have a minimum of 5 nights booking, but you don t need to stay for the 5 nights. Our Time of Arrival is after 2pm on the Day you arrive. Our Time of Departure is by Noon on the Day you depart. If you want to arrive before 2pm on the day you depart, you would need to book for the night before, as we would need to set up your tent and equipment the previous day. If you want a late departure (after 12 Noon on the day you depart) you would need to book the next night, as we would be then dismantling your tent and equipment the next day. An early arrival (before 2pm) or late departure (after noon) can sometimes be useful if you are staying for less than the 5 night minimum booking, to tie in with an early or late ferry/flight time. 2. TWO WAYS TO PAY: PAYMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING or DEPOSIT NOW + FINAL PAYMENT BY 1 ST FEB 2015 1. The following are the iomtents.com Terms and Conditions of Hire. In booking equipment from iomtents.com the Hirer is agreeing to abide by these conditions: 1. The initial Deposit reserves the tent and equipment booked with iomtents.com as submitted by the Hirer. 2. Full and Final Payment of the hire charges must be made by 1 st February 2015 for TT2015. A reminder email or letter will be sent to the Hirer with at least a week's notice of the requirement of Final Payment. If the Final Payment is not received by 1 st February 2015 this will result in the booking being cancelled, and will forfeit the Hirer of the initial Deposit 3. The Hirer is at liberty to adjust the booking reserved up to the point of receipt of the Final Payment by iomtents.com However cancellation of the Booking at any time will forfeit the Hirer of the initial Deposit. 4. After 1 st February 2015 all monies including the full and Final Payment are non-refundable, and the Hirer is held responsible to fulfill the hire of equipment as reserved. In such an instance the Deposit held against damage to the tent and equipment whilst on hire will be returned to the Hirer, within 7 days of the cancellation. 5. Non payment of the Final Payment by the Hirer will deem the Booking to be cancelled and will terminate the obligations of iomtents.com to provide a tent and equipment for the Hirer at the event booked. The Hirer will further forfeit the initial Deposit. 6. Bookings are made on a first come basis, and a confirmatory email or letter will be sent to the Hirer to confirm the booking details being held. 7. iomtents.com will provide the tent and equipment as described, or of equivalent quality. 8. iomtents.com will erect the tents and provide the equipment booked to the Event site, in the appropriate location as required by the Hirer. This commitment is given in good faith, withstanding any issues encountered through third party organisers of the event. 9. The tent and equipment will be ready for use by 2pm latest on the first day of hire. 10. The Hirer and the Hirer's party will vacate the tent and release the equipment hired by 12 noon latest on the final day of hire. 11. The Hirer will be considerate and careful in the use of the tent and equipment. A deposit will be held against any damage incurred to the tent and equipment hired. This deposit or part thereof will not be refunded if damage is incurred by the Hirer. If the tent and equipment is returned from hire in good condition, then this deposit will be returned by post within 10 days of the end of TT2015. 12. The Hirer will not cook or smoke or use candles or a BBQ within the immediate confines of the hired tent in case of the risk of fire. 13. An iomtents.com representative will be on call to assist the Hirer for any malfunction of the hired tent and equipment. 14. Any complaints concerning the provision of the tent or equipment should be provided in writing to iomtents.com. iomtents.com will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as is practically possible and in good faith. 15. All damage or loss of equipment will be notified by the Hirer to iomtents.com before the Hirer vacates the hire tent. 16. The Hirer expressly acknowledges that the owners are not the original manufacturer or supplier of equipment. The owner accepts no liability for any injury or death from any claim or proceedings arising from the said rental contract. 17. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure all possible steps are taken to avoid injury. 18. Any dispute between the owners and the Hirer from the rental of the equipment or these terms & conditions shall be subject to Manx Law. 19. No greater than the booked numbers of the Hirer's party will be accommodated in the hired tents during the period of hire. 20. At the time of vacating the hire tents the Hirer will ensure that all hired equipment is left within the confines of the hire tent. The Hirer should ensure that the tent and equipment are left in a clean state and condition. 21. The Campsite & Clubhouse facilities are situated in Douglas with the entrance just before Braddan Bridge, on the right. Approximately 150m passed the Quarter Bridge Pub. The area is in Douglas and approximately 1 mile from the town centre; from the ferry follow the signs for the A1 road to Peel. The sites are for tents only; unfortunately we cannot accommodate caravans or motor homes. Each booking is for 1 plot (site) at the campsite, should you require multiple plots, a booking is required for each one. Charge is 9.50 per person per night, minimum charge is 4 nights per person, therefore if you choose to stay for 3 nights or fewer you will be charged for 4. No 3rd party bookings for resale. PLEASE NOTE: CAMPSITE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM SAT 26th MAY TO SUN 10th JUNE, SITE MUST BE VACATED BY 12.00 NOON MON 11th JUNE 2012.
