Theming Convenience Centre
Nacala Retail Centre The design philosophy behind the Nacala Campus Retail Centre is to create an environment that will achieve two desired outcomes; the first will be to build facilities that will provide the public and retailers the environment to obtain necessary goods and services from food stuffs and hardware to banks, ATMs and fuel. The second objective is to create an environment where local and foreign people will want to interact, communicate and mingle with each other. The first objective is achieved by building standard retails space and environments which will attract the correct profile tenants and create a great tenant mix that will attract feet to the centre while the second is achieved by the use of a food court concept. Theming Commercial Warehousing and Retail
Nacala Warehouses The Warehouses are to function as a different version of the retail found in the convenience centre. With greater floor areas and a simplified design, these facilities provide the opportunity for larger products to be show-cased and sold. Show rooms can help to market the tenant in the smaller front sections, with the larger warehouse behind to provide storage, etc. Each warehouse site also has its own delivery yard to increase productivity and deliveries. Theming Offices
Nacala Office Complex The Offices are a perfect opportunity to upgrade the Nacala business offerings. As Nacala moves to become a major port along the African East Coast many businesses will be looking to route themselves close to the port. This port serves to act as the loading destination for inland coal and service boats to the potential oil rigs proposed to operate off the Mozambique Coast. Nacala has a multiberth port, compared to the city of Pemba which has a single berth port, and has the perfect opportunity to create a large marine service industry servicing all along the coast between Beira and Daar-es-Salaam.
