6. HOW TO GET THERE
BY ROAD Marbella can be accessed both by the Mediterranean Motorway A-7 (former national 340), and by the Costa del Sol pay Motorway (AP-7). A new road link is to be built to Ronda, which will considerably reduce the journey time from Marbella to Seville. When the A-7 road is built to pass underneath San Pedro Alcantara this will greatly improve the traffic flow in the local area. In addition, there is an extensive bus service to all the main capitals and cities of our geographical area. BY PLANE Two main international airports are available within a radius of less than an hour by road: To the east, the International Airport of Malaga is just 45 kilometres away. To the west, the International Airport of Gibraltar is located just 80 kilometres away. Both airports ensure direct connections to major cities in Spain, Europe, North Africa and the United States.
