SUBPART A - GENERAL 135.1 - Applicability recognizes, accepts, and complies with all regulations pertaining to it's aircraft in reference to 135.1 (a) and 135.1 (b) and has applied for part 298 exemption in a forma and manner described by the administrator, on form OST 4507. will be operating small, single engine turbine and mufti-engine aircraft, with less than 20 passenger seats, and a minimum payload capacity of less than 6,000 pounds, VFR, day and night, Passengers and Cargo, Single and Multiengine Pilot In Command with Operations, Maintenance and Training Manuals. 135.2 - Compliance Schedule for Operators that Transition to Part 121 of this Chapter, Certain new Entrant Operators N/A does not operate large aircraft. 135.3 - Rules Applicable to Operations Subject to This Part will maintain a current copy of the Regulations and will comply with applicable rule of this chapter and Part 830, when operating in the US and Annex 2 Rules of ICAO, or the regulations of any foreign country, whichever applies, when operating outside the US. They will also comply with any rules of Part 61 and 91 of this chapter and this part that is more complied with without violating that annex of those regulations when operating outside of the U.S. 135.7 - Applicability of Rules to Unauthorized Operator holds an ATCO operating Certificate, and Operations Specifications, and is authorized to operate. 135.12 - Previously Trained Crewmembers understands, accepts and complies with the requirements of this rule. 135.21 - Manual Requirements The manual have been submitted for acceptance. After the manuals have been accepted by the Caribbean FSDO they will be used by flight, maintenance and ground personnel in conducting their operations. The company will maintain one copy of the manual at the principal operations base. The manual must not be contrary to any applicable FAR, Foreign Regulations applicable to the operation in foreign countries, or operating certificate and operations specifications. The company will provide copies of the manual or portions, including changes and additions, of it to maintenance, ground personnel, flight personnel and the certificate holder principal operations and maintenance inspector assigned by the FAA. Each employee shall keep its manual up to date with the changes and additions furnished to them by the department s supervisor and each employee will sing the revision letter and return it to his supervisor as proof of receipt. A copy of the required manuals must be carry aboard the aircraft. An inspection program manual must be maintained at the place where inspections are made and if no manual is available at that station a manual must be carryon the aircraft.

Other Procedures N/A 135.25 - Aircraft Requirements The aircraft operated by are registered as civil aircraft of the U.S. in airworthy condition and with A.A.I.P., C.A.M.P., meet the applicable airworthiness requirements of this chapter, and will continue to be maintained in airworthy condition. The aircraft carry an appropriate airworthiness certificate issued by the U.S. and will be operated by pilots who hold Air Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-engine-instrument rating and a valid 1 first Class Medical Certificate. has exclusive use of the aircraft and is the owner. 135.41 - Stimulant Drugs or Substances will not operate aircraft owned by the company in violation of FAR's 91.19. will not operate any aircraft knowing that narcotic drugs, marijuana, stimulants, or depressant drugs are carried in the aircraft, EXCEPT when carried by an authorized agent of any Federal or State agency. Allowing this violation is a reason for revocation.

135.43 - Crew Member Certificate, International Operation pilots will apply for certificates (form 8060-6) to operate international routes, and will carry FAA Form 8060-42 as their international certificate. pilots will surrender their certificates upon termination of employment or cancellation of operating certificate. SUBPART B - FLIGHT OPERATIONS 135. 61 - General recognizes and complies with this part of the FAR's in addition to those on FAR 91. 135.63 - Recordkeeping Requirements will keep at the main office all records for inspection. These records will consist of the operating certificate, operation specifications, list of the aircraft used in the operation, which will be kept for at least 6 months. 135.64 - Retention of Contracts and Amendments: Commercial Operators who Conduct Intrastate Operations for Compensation or Hire recognizes and complies with this part of the FAR. 135. 65 - Reporting Mechanical Irregularities maintains Aircraft Flight and Maintenance Log in each company aircraft, and copies of the same are kept for records at both Operations Office and Maintenance Office. Any Mechanical irregularity is logged in the Maintenance Log repaired, and released, signed for Flight Operations. 135.152 - Flight Recorders N/A- aircraft have 9 seats or less, Single Pilot operation. 135.153 - Ground Proximity Warning Systems N/A- do not operate large aircraft. 135.154 - Terrain Awareness and Warning System Vieques Air Link meets the requirement of this FAR C-208B is equip with a class B TWAS. TSO C-151. 135.155 - Fire Extinguisher: Passengers Carrying Aircraft aircraft are equipped with Halon type fire extinguisher located underneath the Pilot Seat, accessible, from front and rear of the seat. 135.157 - Oxygen Equipment Requirements N/A- Flight Operations are limited to 10,000 MSL. 135.158 - Pilot Heat Indication Systems N/A- do not operate transport category aircraft. 135.159 - Equipment Requirements: Carrying Passengers Under VFR at night or under VFR Over Top Conditions aircraft are equipped for VFR at night and VFR day and carry the following: a gyroscope, rate of climb indicator, slip skid indicator, slip skid indicator, bank and pitch indicator, transponder, and capable of supplying all probable combinations of continuous in-flight electrical loads for all equipment including battery recharging anti collision lights, all instrument lights, switches, and gauges: In addition, a flashlight having at least two "D" cells or equivalent. N/A - operation is single pilot and a crew of two for unscheduled ondemand flights. VAL does not use three or four crewmembers in its operations.

Inc., Flight attendants are not required.
