With the help of the expertise of the Côte d Or Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), a major effort is being made this year to increase the number of inland waterway professionals present so as to make the Inland Waterway Boat Show better known and improve the quality of the Show, and thereby arouse greater interest among waterways users and lovers of inland waterway tourism. Some of the anticipated rewards to be reaped from this year s show are: greater awareness of the expertise of specialised companies, which offer a huge range of services and of the different forms of inland waterway tourism; a focus on the economic opportunities generated; and capitalisation on the presence of an international clientele attracted by our waterways.
