Exhibitor Housing: CWEA has reserved hotel room blocks for attendees and exhibitors at special negotiated rates. More information will be provided about hotels shortly. Mailing List: Each exhibitor will receive, via email, an attendee mailing list of all pre-registered attendees approximately two weeks prior to the event. A complete attendee mailing list will be provided to Exhibitors after the event. In accordance with our policies, the list will contain the attendee s name, company, and mailing address. Security: Security services will be provided, however, please be advised that CWEA assumes no responsibility for personal property, nor can it assume responsibility for the effectiveness or performance of the security personnel.
