Karate Mitts (Red and Blue)(No white or other colored protections will be permitted) B. Shin-Pad and Foot Protector (Red and Blue) C. Female Chest Protector (White) D. DURATION OF BOU The official duration of all Kumite categories under 14 years old is 1:30 min and all Cadet, Junior, and Senior is WKF rules. 9. VICTORY CEREMONIES A. Victory Ceremonies The Victory Ceremonies shall normally be held after the completion of event. B. Prizes First Prize: Gold Medals and Diplomas to the first winner in each category. Second Prize: Silver Medals and Diplomas to contestant placed in the second in each category. Third Prize: Two Bronze Medals and Diplomas to the losing semifinalists in each category. 10. EXPENSES a. Participation Fees 25$ per contestant/entry& 50$ per team (Kata/Kumite) per /entry. b. Air Fare - Each participant is responsible for airline ticket from and to Dubai UAE. c. Referees Seminar 100$ per/person (By - Sensei Con Kassis) the chairmen of the WKF Referee Committee - UPDATE ON THE NEW RULES version 7.1 2011. The Referee Committee of this event: Mr.Con Kassis. Children under 14 years may perform any officially listed kata that they choose. There is no requirement for Shitei kata. In the Categories "A" they can repeat the kata after 2 kata deferent and in the Categories "B" they can repeat the Kata after 1 kata deferent.
