Specifications All goods or services quoted must meet or exceed the listed specifications. Boise State University ( University ), at its discretion, will determine whether quoted item(s) meet the minimum, required specifications. The University reserves the right to waive immaterial variations Motor and drivers to transport Boise State athletic teams, staff and other support personnel based on Attachment 1 Motor Coach Transportation Schedule and Pricing Bid prices are total price for motor with drivers to provide the transportation services listed in this Request for Quote (RFQ) and must include any additional fees to relocate motor to locations listed in Attachment 1 Motor Coach Transportation Schedule and Pricing Bid prices must include any credit card fees Gratuity shall be included in the price per motor coach or listed as a fixed rate on Attachment 1 and on invoices Motor shall have a minimum passenger capacity Motor shall be years old or newer Contractor shall provide a driver for each motor coach Motor must have a clean, fully functioning lavatory Motor must be equipped with fully functioning air conditioning and heating Motor and drivers are required to remain available for duration of service dates Motor must have working video and/or DVD player in good condition with viewable monitors for passengers Motor must have working Wi-Fi Bid prices shall include use of Wi-Fi and DVD player Boise State University will pay for a hotel room for each driver on over-night trips Form Date May 2017 Page 1
Contractor must be able to provide emergency transportation in the event of a bus breakdown so teams arrive at destinations for scheduled games and return to Boise State on schedule Boise State University requires all carriers providing service to Boise State to be in compliance with all State and Federal safety regulations; Boise State, at its discretion, may perform a safety audit of any carrier contracting with the University Bids from bus transportation brokers will not be accepted Prior to awarding the Bus Transportation Services contract, Boise State University reserves the right to inspect the buses to be used in performing this contract to ensure the buses meet the bid specifications Boise State University reserves the right to add, delete and/or change times and dates without penalty upon 24 hours of notice to the Contractor Boise State University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of buses required without penalty for any day listed in the schedules upon 24 hours of notice to the Contractor 2.
