Our exceptional level of personal service, award-winning cuisine, world-famous amenities and accommodations (the most spacious at sea), not only promise an unforgettable cruise experience, but forge a lasting relationship between our guests and us. Places to go. Things to do. Many destinations promise visitors the chance to "step back into history." A Celebrity Xpeditions to the Galapagos Islands perhaps best exemplifies that promise, as we take you to a destination that helped to shape one of the world's leading scientific doctrines. They are known as the inspiration for Charles Darwin's theory of evolution, this cluster of islands is so isolated that many of its creatures cannot be found anywhere else on earth. From the giant tortoises that bear the Galapagos name, to the marine iguanas and "Darwin" finches, the Galapagos islands afford visitors the chance to observe a living laboratory of adaptation. Celebrity Cruises provide guests with this rare, upclose experience with the smallest possible environmental impact to these precious shores. pg 2 of 10

Baltra (galapagos) 1 Baltra (galapagos) Prepare for an adventure-filled exploration through the Galapagos Islands on this beautiful island. During World War II, the island's airport was a US Military base protecting the Panama Canal from enemy attack. Surrounding the airport now you will see land iguanas indigenous to the island. 3 Puerto Egas (santiago) Follow Puerto Egas, a coastal trail on Isla Santiago, and your rewards will be many: fur sea lions, Sally Lightfoot crabs and grottos made from black lava. 5 Caleta Tagus (isabela) Historically an anchorage for pirates and whalers, this site offers a breathtaking view of Isabela, its volcanoes, and a saltwater lagoon. Along the shore seabirds, penguins, sea lions, sea turtles and nesting flightless cormorants can often be found. Excursion options include a scenic zodiac ride for wildlife viewing, a long, faster-paced walk, and optional snorkeling. 2 Daphne Island (galapagos) Daphne is a satellite Tuff cone located north of Santa Cruz island. The crater floor is an important breeding site for the Blue footed boobies. This island is famous for the scientific investigation led by Peter and Rosemary Grant on the finches' population, one of the most important studies on the field that support Charles Darwin's theory. 4 Rabida (galapagos) A small island south of Santiago, Rabida is best known for its red sand and eroded volcanic landscape. A nesting colony of pelicans makes its home here, along with sea lions and some seabirds. Excursion options include a zodiac ride and short walk, swimming and snorkeling from the beach, and a deepwater snorkel for more experienced snorkelers. 6 Mangle Point (fernandina) This is a small inlet on Fernandina s coast where sea lions, penguins, and flightless cormorants reside. Our excursion here is a zodiac ride to view wildlife and enjoy the beauty of the coastline. If conditions allow, we will enter the inlet for closer viewing. pg 7 of 10
Bartolome Island (santiago) North Seymour (galapagos) Las Bachas, (santa Cruz) 7 Sullivan Bay (santiago) During a volcanic eruption in the early 1900 s, this area of Santiago was covered with flowing lava. Today, the hardened fields of black rock create a geologic wonderland. We will take advantage of the cool of the early morning for a walk at this amazing site. 9 Las Bachas, (santa Cruz) This white-sand beach on Isla Santa Cruz is a major egg-laying site for Pacific green turtles, but pelicans and flamingos feel equally at home here, too. 11 P. Baquerizo (san Cristobal) Eroded volcanic peaks in the north and rich vegetation in the south characterize the island. This island is also home to the only freshwater lake in the Galapagos. 8 Bartolome Island (santiago) The variety of volcanic formations found here give this small, barren island a moon-like appearance. A hike over the island's lava tubes and tuff cones leads to a spectacular view of Pinnacle Rock, where sea lions and penguins are often seen cavorting in the waters. 10 North Seymour (galapagos) Off the northern tip of Baltra is this flat, low-lying island where blue-footed boobies nest, sea lions play and the largest colony of frigate birds in the Galapagos congregates. 12 Cerro Brujo (san Cristobal) White sand juxtaposed with black volcanic rocks makes this beach another of the Galapagos's most spectacular. Along the shore are seabirds and sea lions. Excursion options include a Zodiac ride and beach walk with optional swimming. Afterwards, just in time for a sunset cocktail, the ship will navigate the steep, richly colored walls of Kicker Rock, the spectacular remnants of a satellite volcanic cone. pg 8 of 10
Puerto Ayora (santa Cruz) Kicker Rock (san Cristobal) 13 Kicker Rock (san Cristobal) Off the northwest coast of San Cristobal lies Kicker Rock, where thousands of years ago a volcanic eruption left behind enormous vertical rock faces that rise nearly 500 feet from the ocean. There are actually two volcanic rocks here, with a channel between where small boats can navigate. Nicknamed Sleeping Lion because of its shape, Kicker Rock is an important ecological monument as it's home to many species of nesting birds including frigates and bluefooted boobies. It's also magnificent for snorkeling as tropical fish are abundant and the water is crystal clear. 14 Puerto Ayora (santa Cruz) A fifteen-minute stroll from one end to the other along Charles Darwin Avenue promises plenty of sights and sounds in this, the largest city of the Galapagos Islands. A charming seaside town, Puerto Ayora features Ecuadorian and international cuisine, local artisans and shopping as well as snorkeling and scuba diving. pg 9 of 10
