Schedule of Airport s IMPORTANT NOTE: This schedule of charges must be read in conjunction with Leeds Bradford Airport Limited s current standard conditions of use by airlines & aircraft operators ( Standard Conditions of Use ), a copy of which is available on request from the company. The use of the airport by an operator or on its behalf is subject to the Standard Conditions of Use. s are exclusive of value added tax, which shall, where chargeable be paid in addition to the sums below. 1. Landing s Maximum Take Off Weight Up to 3 tonnes Over 3 tonnes Landing 7.73 per 1 /2 metric tonne or part 15.45 per metric tonne or part Landing s are payable in respect of all Aircraft landing at the Airport. All weight bands are charged on an up to and including basis. A charge equivalent to 50% of the Landing will be made for each approach for flights that do not land (such as overshoots ILS approaches) but involve the use of air traffic control, services, equipment, navaids or lighting. "Maximum Take Off Weight" is defined in Clause 16.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use. 2. Passenger Load Supplement s 13.60 per departing Passenger Passenger Load Supplement s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Passenger Load Supplement s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. "Passenger" and "Air Transport Movement" are defined in Clause 16.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use. Passengers disembarking from diversion flights i.e. flights scheduled to operate to another airport but which divert to Leeds Bradford Airport, or from other one-way inbound flights where there is no associated outbound passenger movement, will be charged Passenger Load Supplement as though they were departing passengers.

Passenger Security s 3.90 per departing Passenger Passenger Security s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Passenger Security s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. "Passenger" and "Air Transport Movement" are defined in Clause 16.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use. 4. Policing Type 0.33 per departing Passenger Landing 1.64 per tonne or part thereof for General Aviation charged on a landing basis This is a charge for Policing consequent upon the impact of the Policing & Crime Act 2009 and the introduction of a Police Service Agreement (PSA). Policing s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Policing s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. 5. Hold Baggage Screening s 0.53 per departing Passenger Hold Baggage Screening s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Hold Baggage Screening s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. "Domestic Passenger", "International Passenger", "Passenger" and "Air Transport Movement" are defined in Clause 16.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use.

Common User Terminal Equipment (CUTE) 0.09 per departing Passenger CUTE s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. CUTE s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. 7. Passengers with Restricted Mobility s 0.43 per departing Passenger Passengers with Restricted Mobility s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Passengers with Restricted Mobility s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. 8. Aviation Security 0.054 per departing Passenger This is a CAA calculated charge relating to their costs in respect of Aviation Security compliance. This charge arises from the Civil Aviation Act 2012 and the transfer for regulation of UK aviation security from the Department for Transport to the Civil Aviation Authority. This charge is in accordance with the published CAA Scheme of s. Aviation Security s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. 9. Airspace Change 0.0034 per departing Passenger

Schedule of Airport s This is a CAA calculated charge for their workload associated with changes to airspace which they are responsible for under the Transport Act 2000. This charge is in accordance with the published CAA Scheme of s. Airspace Change s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. 10. Aircraft Parking s Maximum Take Off Weight Up to 3.0 metric tonnes Parking per 24 hour period 2.50 per 1/2 metric tonne or part 3.01 to 10.0 metric tonnes 20.00 10.01 to 20.0 metric tonnes 36.00 20.01 to 30.0 metric tonnes 54.00 30.01 to 60.0 metric tonnes 60.01 metric tonnes and above 54.00 plus 12.00 for each additional 10 metric tonnes or part above 30.01 metric tonnes 90.00 plus 12.00 for each additional 10 metric tonnes or part above 60.01 metric tonnes Parking s are payable in respect of all Aircraft parked, but not hangared, at the Airport. Parking s are calculated from the Time of Landing to the Time of Take off. No charge is made for parking which amounts to less than two hours. If parking exceeds two hours, the Parking s set out above apply for each period of 24 hours (or part) (inclusive of the initial two hours). All weight bands are charged up to and including. "Maximum Take Off Weight", "Time of Landing" and "Time of Take Off' are defined in Clause 16.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use. 11. Apron Infrastructure s 0.55 per departing Passenger Apron Infrastructure s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Apron Infrastructure s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. Note that this charge will be charged to the operator by the handling agent.

Check-In Infrastructure s 0.22 per departing Passenger Check-In Infrastructure s are payable in respect of all departing Passengers (whether Domestic Passengers or International Passengers) on all Air Transport Movements including charter and air taxi Aircraft. Check-In Infrastructure s are not payable in respect of departing Passengers under 2 years of age. Note that this charge will be charged to the operator by the handling agent. 13. De-Icer s A charge of 0.40 per litre of applied aircraft de-icer fluid is levied to cover the related environmental cost. Note that this charge will be charged to the operator by the handling agent. 14. Surcharges Noisy Aircraft Surcharges in respect of noisy Aircraft will be payable as provided in Clause 5.1 of the Standard Conditions of Use. The surcharge will be calculated at 10% of the relevant Landing applicable to the Aircraft. Environmental Costs and expenses arising from or relating to cleaning or making safe any spillages of waste, dangerous substances or other materials (including aviation fuels) will be payable by the Operator as provided in Clause 11 of the Standard Conditions of Use. Exceptional Policing Requirements A surcharge will be payable for exceptional policing requirements provided in Clause 5.2 of the Standard Conditions of Use. The surcharge will be calculated at an amount equivalent to the additional cost of policing the flight together with any additional security costs incurred by the Company in respect of such flight. Breach of the Conditions The company reserves the right to charge the operator a fair and reasonable surcharge in the circumstances set out in Clause 3.1.1 (failure to comply with an order to move an aircraft) and Clause 4.4 (failure to comply with obligations for supervision and provision of services) of the Standard Conditions of Use.

Discounts Prompt Payment At the sole discretion of the company, a discount may be available to operators who have prior written arrangements with the company to pay their account by direct debit, provided that payment is made within an agreed period. Details of discounts together with application forms can be obtained from the finance department. New Airline Services A discount from the landing charges (referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule) may be available to operators holding CAA Air Transport Licences who offer new routes and/or new services on written application to the chief executive. Airline Positioning Flights A discount of 50% from the landing charges (referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule) is available to operators holding CAA Air Transport Licences for empty positioning flights to operate a series of charters at the commencement of the summer/winter season and for the commencement of a new series of scheduled services. Test Flights and Demonstration Flights A discount of 75% from the landing charges (referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule) is available for test flights and demonstration flights. The test flights and demonstration flights must take off and land at the airport without intermediate landing elsewhere. The type of flight must be confirmed and agreed by air traffic control in advance of the flight taking place. Commercial Crew Training A discount from the landing charges (referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule) is available where flights are made for the sole purpose of passing out pilots or other members of flying personnel for endorsement of their licences, or for testing the capacity of a member of crew. A discount will be given for a training flight when the pilot is under instruction of a civil airline or CAA approved training organisation for the sole purpose of satisfying the requirements of the various regulations for the operation of public transport aircraft, or when a professional pilot is flying in order to maintain their commercial licence (CPL, ATPL or equivalent licences) and appropriate ratings. This includes CAA recognised training courses by PPL holders undertaking a full CPL training course, subject to the submission to the finance department of any required documentation that confirms the pre-booked and confirmed status of the course for any given individual. Flights by pilots carrying out private training or flying in order to undertake pleasure flights, individually booked flights (e.g. familiarisation flights or similar), PPL training flights or to obtain any associated PPL ratings, whether under instruction or not, are not within the definition of crew training and do not receive training discounts. Details of the discounts together with application forms can be obtained from the finance department. Completed applications must be received by the finance department prior to the relevant flight taking place. Discounts will not be given retrospectively.

Schedule of Airport s Home Based Aircraft A discount of 25% from the landing charge (referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule) may be available in respect of aircraft with a maximum take off weight of up to 8 metric tonnes and which have a hangarage or handling agreement with Multiflight. Application forms are available from the finance department. 16. General Provisions Relating to Discounts The granting of all discounts and payment methods required shall be at the total discretion of the company. Further details of the discounts referred to in paragraph 10 together with application forms, where appropriate, for discounts can be obtained from the finance department. If an operator qualifies for more than one discount, then only the discount of the highest value will apply. 17. Hours of Operation The hours of operation of the airport are as published in the AGA Section of the United Kingdom Aeronautical Information Publication (UK Air Pilot) and NOTAMS. Owing to a planning condition certain operational restrictions may affect operators. Operators requiring any further information should write to the chief executive. 18. Payment Methods Cash and Cheque Payments Payment of charges by cash or cheque may be made prior to departure subject to a minimum payment of 20.00 plus VAT. Contact your handling agent for details. Credit Cards All major credit cards will be accepted in respect of the payment of charges provided that such payments are made prior to departure and are subject to a minimum payment of 20.00 plus VAT. 19. Minimum Invoices issued in respect of charges will be subject to a minimum charge of 40.00 plus VAT. 20. Due Date for Payment In accordance with Clause 6 of the Standard Conditions of Use, charges are payable on demand and, in any event, before the aircraft departs from the airport unless the company has agreed credit facilities with the operator, in which case charges are payable within 28 days of the date of invoice (or within such other credit period as may be agreed in writing).
